KIM, 42, LONDON

Kim came to us to reduce some body fat in order to improve performance in Crossfit, but she got far more than she bargained for with improved knowledge and relationship with food…

Ellie approached Nu Day for, in her words, a kick up the bum! Ellie was hitting it hard in the gym but not seeing the results she wanted, so she called on our help… in just six weeks Ellie lost a dress size, over 14lbs in scale weight and 57cm loss overall - and we’re not done yet!

Jayne enlisted our support to help reduce body fat in a sustainable, healthy way but didn’t want to record progress by scale weight or measurements. Through optimising chosen foods & portion sizes, in 12 weeks Jayne dropped clothing sizes but also felt better equipped to understand how to eat to stay full, maintain energy levels and still enjoy meals out and alcoholic drinks.
